COLOUR RESPONSIBLE POLICY
All guests visiting Roar must have a Valid AAT also known as a skin test.
Guests will require a new AAT if,
· You have coloured your hair at home
· You are or could be pregnant
· You are a new guest to Roar
· Your regular colour application at Roar has fallen out-with a 6-month period
We are unable to carry out colour services without a valid AAT
We are unable to carry out colour services on anyone under the age of 16
If we feel that your hair condition will suffer severely from your desired service, we reserve the right to refuse to colour your hair. (sorry)
AAT (allergy alert test) POLICY
At roar we appreciate and care about our guests who visit us. That is why our AAT policy is so strict because our guests safety is our number one priority. An AAT must be carried out 48 hours prior to all colour services. Guests who regularly have colour services may also require additional skin testing especially if their colour application falls out with a 6 month period or new colouring products are being used. Your AAT can be carried out in any of our salons even if it is not that particular salon in which your appointment is booked. Please note that if you arrive at an appointment and have not adhered to the above; a cancellation fee will be charged. An AAT takes no longer than 5mins and a quick pop to the salon is all it takes. For any guest who are a considerable distance from the salons please give us a call to arrange an AAT.
