ROAR is a multi-award-winning Glasgow hair salon group, founded in 2017 by Brian Leo McCallum, with salons in Strathbungo, Giffnock and Muirend.

We created ROAR around a simple belief: exceptional hair and an exceptional guest experience should always go together.

Our team specialises in hair colour, balayage, blonding, colour correction, cutting, styling and healthy hair, but technical expertise is only part of what makes ROAR different.

Senior Designer Stylist / Master Colourist
Design Cutting Master

Aiman is a Senior Designer Stylist and Goldwell Master Colourist at ROAR Hair & Beauty in Glasgow, specialising in creative colour, precision cutting, and beautifully designed bobs and shorter shapes. Creative, passionate, and versatile, she loves helping guests find hair that feels stylish, confident, and completely personal to them.

After completing her training with Rainbow Room International and refining her skills alongside boss man Leo, Aiman quickly made her mark at ROAR. She has since completed both her Master Stylist and Master Colourist programmes, combining advanced cutting and colour knowledge with the creativity and attention to detail that have become such an important part of her work.

Aiman has a particular love for design cutting and creating beautiful bobs and shorter hairstyles. She enjoys working with shape, precision, and personalisation to create cuts that complement the individual, while her passion for creative colour means she’s equally at home bringing something bold and expressive to life. Whether you want a sharp new bob, a beautifully tailored cut, creative colour, or something polished and wearable, Aiman loves creating hair that feels modern, individual, and effortlessly you.

Her creativity has also taken her beyond the salon floor. Aiman was selected as a member of the UK Goldwell Colour Creative Team in 2023, with her work proudly displayed throughout the ROAR salons. She has styled hair backstage at London Fashion Week and represented the UK as a Colourist of the Year finalist at the 2023 International Live Fashion Hair Awards.

Aiman’s creative work has continued to gain industry recognition, including winning Creative Image at the 2025 Salon Awards and being named Highest Rated Team Member at the 2026 Salon Spy Awards.

For Aiman, great hair is about combining creativity with really understanding the person sitting in her chair.
