With over 23 years of experience and a true love for colour, Leo specialises in colour correction, blonding, and creating bespoke hair that looks beautiful, feels healthy, and works for real life. From individually tailored cuts and personalised colour to expert home care advice, every appointment is designed around you and your hair goals.
As a Senior Educator for KAO UK & Ireland and an award-winning colour specialist, Brian has spent years sharing his knowledge across the industry through education, seminars, stage work, and creative events. Career highlights have included working backstage at fashion shows, television projects, styling celebrity hair, and collaborating with some of the industry’s best-known names.
As the founder and Creative Director of ROAR, Brian has created a salon experience built around CARE, confidence, creativity, and helping every guest leave looking and feeling like the best version of themself.

A Goldwell Master Colourist and UK Kerasilk Specialist & Educator, Gavin is passionate about sharing his knowledge and helping guests achieve healthy, beautiful hair through expert advice and tailored home care. Known for his love of natural, sustainable hair, he enjoys creating looks that feel modern, wearable, and uniquely suited to each guest.
When he’s not in the salon, Gavin regularly styles hair backstage at fashion weeks in both London and Paris, bringing creativity and inspiration back to the ROAR floor. After completing her training with Rainbow Room International and refining her skills alongside boss man LEO, Aiman has truly taken ROAR by storm. Having recently completed her Master Stylist & Master Colourist programme’s, she is constantly developing her craft and loves bringing fresh ideas and creativity to the salon floor.
Aiman especially loves creative colour and has a real talent for precision cutting — particularly if you love a beautiful bob or shorter shape. Whether you’re after something bold and expressive or polished and wearable, Aiman enjoys creating looks that feel modern, individual, and effortlessly you.
Aiman was also selected as part of the 2023 UK Goldwell Colour Creative Team, creating stunning work that can be seen proudly displayed throughout the salons. When she’s not behind the chair, she has also styled hair backstage at London Fashion Week, bringing inspiration and creativity back to the Pride at ROAR.

For Fiona, the best part of the job is helping people feel like the very best version of themselves through great hair and a confidence-boosting makeover.
Before joining the Pride at ROAR, Fiona spent 24 years with Rainbow Room International as a Senior Art Director — even crossing paths with boss man LEO back when he was just starting out! Alongside caring for her guests, Fiona is a fantastic mentor and coach to the younger members of the Pride, always encouraging growth, creativity, and confidence.
A lifelong believer in learning and evolving, Fiona lives by one of her favourite sayings: “The day you stop learning is the day you hang up your scissors.”
