ROAR is a multi-award-winning Glasgow hair salon group, founded in 2017 by Brian Leo McCallum, with salons in Strathbungo, Giffnock and Muirend.

We created ROAR around a simple belief: exceptional hair and an exceptional guest experience should always go together.

Our team specialises in hair colour, balayage, blonding, colour correction, cutting, styling and healthy hair, but technical expertise is only part of what makes ROAR different.

At ROAR, we listen to YOU first.

Every guest is an individual, so every appointment begins with understanding you, your hair, your lifestyle and what you want to achieve. We combine expert knowledge, creativity, honest advice and genuine care to create hair that feels completely personal to you.

ROAR Rewards is our way of saying thank you for choosing to be part of the pride.

Every time you visit ROAR, you can earn points on eligible salon services and home care purchases, then redeem your points against future services in any participating ROAR salon.

HOW ROAR REWARDS WORKS

Earn 5 points for every £10 you spend on salon services.

Earn 5 points for every £10 you spend on home care products.

Once you have at least 50 points, you can redeem your points against salon services.

Points are added to your account once your appointment has been completed and your bill has been closed.

TRACK YOUR ROAR REWARDS

You can check your points balance through the ROAR app or ask the team in any ROAR salon.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW

ROAR Rewards points can be redeemed against salon services but cannot be redeemed against retail products.

Points have no cash value and expire at the beginning of each year.

Points can only be redeemed in salon and cannot currently be redeemed when booking online or over the phone.

From time to time, we may also offer additional opportunities to earn ROAR Rewards points.
