ROAR is a multi-award-winning Glasgow hair salon group, founded in 2017 by Brian Leo McCallum, with salons in Strathbungo, Giffnock and Muirend.

We created ROAR around a simple belief: exceptional hair and an exceptional guest experience should always go together.

Our team specialises in hair colour, balayage, blonding, colour correction, cutting, styling and healthy hair, but technical expertise is only part of what makes ROAR different.

With over 22 years of experience in the hairdressing industry, Claire is a Senior Designer Stylist and Colour Specialist at ROAR Hair & Beauty, working across our Giffnock and Muirend salons in Glasgow. Passionate about helping guests feel confident and look their very best, Claire brings years of knowledge and experience to every appointment while making sure your hair still feels completely personal to you.

An experienced all-round hairdresser, Claire offers everything from personalised colour and design cutting to hair extensions and perming. She loves working with each guest to understand their hair, lifestyle, and what they want to achieve before creating a look that feels beautiful, wearable, and easy to enjoy beyond the salon.

With a particular strength in design cutting, Claire understands how shape, movement, and personalisation can completely change the way hair looks and feels. Whether you’re looking for a fresh new haircut, a colour update, added length and volume with hair extensions, or want to introduce curls, waves, texture, or movement with a perm, Claire has the experience to help you explore the options and find what works for you.

Known for her warm and welcoming approach, Claire believes a great salon experience should feel relaxed, professional, and completely centred around the guest. She takes the time to listen, offer honest advice, and make sure you feel comfortable and cared for throughout your appointment.

Even after more than two decades in hairdressing, Claire is passionate about continuing to learn, develop her skills, and create beautiful hair. She loves being part of the Pride at ROAR and building lasting relationships with the guests who trust her with their hair.
